Do I get the same Swapfiets service with the e-Scoot subscription?
Yes, as for all our products the same concept applies. You get an e-Scoot and we make sure it always works. If something does break, we make sure to fix it on the spot or otherwise switch your e-Scoot for another one. Service and repairs are included in the monthly subscription.
