I have dropped the bike in your store, why I have still to pay?
The minimum period of subscription is 1 month, but we have also a minimum period of termination of 1 month. Some special deals may have different periods, but we will point that out exactly, of course.
Before bringing back your Swapfiets, you have to cancel your subscription by using our app or in your account at identity.swapfiets.com. From that day your contract still goes on 1 month. Within this month you have to drop the bike and to pay for your subscription.
