How do I cancel my subscription?
We’re sad to hear you’re thinking of leaving us! But before you go, did you know if you’re leaving because you’re moving to a new city, you may be able to take your Swapfiets along for the ride - AND get a €19.90 discount if you do!?

Not keen? Don't worry, we still love you. Follow these steps to cancel your membership:
1. Go to account.swapfiets.com (via desktop, not the app).
2. Log in with your e-mail address.
3. Go to ‘my subscriptions’ and click ‘cancel subscription’. The terms for cancelling your subscription can be found on the same page.
You’ll then receive a confirmation email to let you know once your cancellation is successful.
Please keep in mind that we have a one month notice period for flexible contracts. This means you can use your bike for exactly one month after cancelling. For non-flexible contracts, we have a minimum contract period of 6 months. If you want to cancel before your 6 months is up, you’ll need to pay the remaining balance first.
